The National Palace Museum Becomes A Magical Runway for Mystical Sea Monsters

Following Palace Museum Zoo, Puppet & Its Double once again brings the characters in the paintings out of the shelves, leading the audience into an era of cultural shocks that set free imagination! This performance reproduces the mystical sea creatures in The Manual of Sea Oddities from the Qing Dynasty. A mysterious aircraft in the sky opens up a series of astronomical, geographical, scientific and artistic conflicts and integrations between China and Europe. Fishes of all kinds elegantly explore the mysterious undersea world as if they are also influenced by the enchanting atmosphere. The sea monsters are then ready for a furious battle with great momentum. Who will become the overlord of the sea? A magnificent event of puppetry is about to take place at the outdoor plaza of the National Palace Museum!
