國立臺南藝術大學應用藝術研究所畢業。2017年加入無獨有偶擔任戲偶設計製作，接觸創作的途徑是從工藝與雕塑開始，由材質引導前進。設計的戲偶形式與材質多元，曾擔任《搞砸的那一天》、《鯨之嶋》、《甜眼淚》等戲偶設計。並自2023年擔任「國際偶戲職人學校」講師。

Yu Meng-ju graduated from the Graduate Institute of Applied Arts, Tainan National University of The Arts. She Joined The Puppet & Its Double Theatre in 2017 as a puppet designer and builder. Her creative journey began with crafts and sculpture, guided by an exploration of materials. Her puppet designs feature a wide range of forms and materials, including works such as Die on That Day, Whale Island, and Sweet Tears. Since 2023, she has also served as an instructor at the International Academy of Puppet Arts.
